Climate BarCamp (2023)

Together we can save the climate but it will not happen without active people and civic initiatives.

But how does one build an effective environmental movement? How can deliberative participatory processes such as citizens’ assemblies help in tackling the climate crisis? What can the international movement do to rebuild Ukraine in a sustainable way? These are some of the complex questions we, along with our partners and experts and activists will try to answer during the Climate Barcamp in Poland between April 20-23 2023.

More than 70 passionate environmental activists from 7 different countries of Central and Eastern Europe (Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Czechia, Moldova, Belarus and Ukraine) will be taking part in the event. During the four days the main focus will be on presenting, discussing and developing pro-climate measures at municipal levels.

Participation is free of charge and you can apply by filling out a short application form here.
